The start of my journey

Starting my journey in one of the most prestigious restaurants in San Diego "The Prado in Balboa Park" gave me my start on becoming a chef who works with huge bold flavors in a minimal amount of ingredients. Studying under Executive Chef Jeff Thurston who previously interned under one of the best chefs in history Wolfgang Puck taught me more then i would of ever imagined. Experiences i have learned at such a young age, being only 17 gives me a leg up on all competition knowing i have learned from the best and there is still so much more to come in my life.
