WHATS FOR DINNER TONIGHT?????

Ginger Chicken and Lemongrass Cous Cous: One of my all time favorite chicken creations. A pan seared chicken breast stuffed with a garlic and ginger compote cooked to perfection  served on a bed of five blue lake beans which was cooked in a  five spice, garlic and ginger sauce. All neatly presented on a round of lemongrass cous cous. Then slightly drizzled with a hoisin, ginger and sesame oil reduction.
